About the Role
We're expanding our Web GIS practice and looking for a full-stack developer comfortable building mapping-heavy dashboards and internal tools on a modern React/Node stack.
Responsibilities
- Build full-stack web applications using Next.js, React, and PostgreSQL
- Implement interactive mapping features (Mapbox GL, Leaflet, or ArcGIS API)
- Collaborate with GIS analysts to translate spatial analysis into usable web tools
- Maintain CI/CD and deployment pipelines for client-facing applications
Requirements
- Strong experience with React/Next.js and TypeScript
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL/PostGIS and REST API design
- Experience with at least one web mapping library
- Comfortable working contract/project-based engagements
